Hi, I'm Johan. I build software. I have done this as a software engineer, test engineer, web developer and recently as a software application engineer. Sometimes that means writing code, sometimes reviewing automated tests, and sometimes figuring out why something behaves strangely.
LETREC is just my small consulting company where I take on projects and collaborations. I do consulting with THoSE.
What I usually help with
Backend development
Linux/UNIX servers, databases, APIs, and all the things that make up the industry and the Internet.
Hardware integrations
Helping devices talk to embedded systems over serial protocols I'm trying to forget.
Automated testing
When systems become complex, stuff happens. That's why we test.

LETREC AB is a small consulting company based in Gothenburg, Sweden. It's basically just me working with companies that need help building or improving software.
I like systems that are simple, robust, and easy to reason about. If something is slow, fragile, or confusing, that's usually where I like to dig in.
